HRX0701 is a fixed-dose combination (FDC) oral tablet containing resigliptin phosphate and metformin hydrochloride, developed by Shandong Shengdi Pharmaceutical, a subsidiary of Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceuticals. Resigliptin is a selective dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4) inhibitor that enhances the levels of active incretin hormones, such as glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) and glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide (GIP), thereby stimulating insulin secretion and suppressing glucagon release in a glucose-dependent manner.
