RESILIÉLLE is a topical cosmeceutical product composed of exosomes derived from human mesenchymal stem cells (hMSCs), specifically Wharton's Jelly mesenchymal stromal cells from donated umbilical cords. Developed by RESILIÉLLE Cosmetics LLC, a subsidiary of The Crowley Center for Regenerative & Biotherapeutics and launched by AT Venture Center, the product utilizes 'Age Zero Exosomes' technology. It is primarily indicated for skin rejuvenation and as a post-procedure treatment following microneedling, laser therapy, or other skin abrasion treatments to accelerate recovery, reduce redness, and improve hyperpigmentation. The exosomes function as mediators of cell-to-cell communication, delivering functional proteins and bioactive molecules to the skin to promote repair and regenerative processes.
