Overview
ReT01 (also known as ReT01 ACT) is an autologous tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) cell therapy being developed by Beijing Xunsheng Biomedical Research (Aeonvital Biomedicine) and Beijing Anweisen Biomedicine for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, including cervical cancer and liver cancer. The therapy involves the adoptive transfer of naturally occurring tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes that are isolated from the patient's tumor tissue and expanded ex vivo for antitumor activity. Notably, the manufacturing process for ReT01 is designed to not require feeder cells or exogenous interleukin-2 (IL-2). ReT01 is administered via intravenous infusion and is currently in Phase 1/2 clinical development in China.
