Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ReT02 (also known as ReT-02 or ReT02 ACT) is an autologous chimeric antigen receptor-engineered tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte (CAR-TIL) cell therapy being developed by Beijing Xunsheng Biomedical Research for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. The therapy involves genetically engineering tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) to express a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) to enhance their targeted antitumor activity against solid tumors. ReT02 is currently in IND-enabling preclinical development, with an Investigational New Drug (IND) application expected in 2026.
