Overview
Rev-56 is an inhaled precision anti-infective agent being developed by Revagenix for the treatment of non-cystic fibrosis bronchiectasis (NCFB) and associated chronic *Pseudomonas aeruginosa* infections. The drug is designed to target the chronic *Pseudomonas* infection that drives pulmonary exacerbations in NCFB patients through a novel, undisclosed molecular mechanism. Revagenix is developing Rev-56 in two formulations: a nebulized solution, which is slated to enter Phase 1 clinical trials in 2026, and a dry-powder formulation currently in pre-clinical development for market expansion.
