revdofilimab

Revdofilimab (formerly known as ABBV-368) is a humanized IgG1 agonist monoclonal antibody that specifically targets and activates the OX40 receptor (CD134), a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily. By binding to OX40 on T cells, revdofilimab stimulates proliferation and activation of memory and effector T lymphocytes while inhibiting regulatory T cell (Treg) function within the tumor microenvironment. This dual action is intended to enhance antitumor immune responses. The drug is being developed primarily for use in various solid tumors including head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, triple-negative breast cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, ovarian cancer, melanoma, bladder cancer, renal cell carcinoma and others. It is administered intravenously[1][3][4][5].
