Overview

REVO-UWD-03 is a universal, allogeneic chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy targeting glypican-3 (GPC3), developed by Wondercel Biotech for the treatment of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma and non-small cell lung cancer. This investigational immunotherapy uses gene-modified T cells from healthy donors engineered to express a CAR specific for GPC3, enabling targeted cytotoxicity against GPC3-expressing tumor cells.
