Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**REX-003** is a cell replacement therapy developed by Ixaka Ltd. for the treatment of critical limb-threatening ischemia (CLTI), particularly in diabetic patients. It consists of an autologous cell-based product derived from bone marrow mononuclear cells (BM-MNCs), administered to promote revascularization, improve blood flow, heal ischemic ulcers, and alleviate chronic ischemic rest pain through paracrine mechanisms that enhance vascular density and arteriogenesis without significant cell translocation to other organs.[3][5]
