Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ReyaGel is an FDA-cleared liquid extracellular matrix (ECM) product developed by FetTech, LLC, utilizing their proprietary Multi-Tissue Platform (MTP) technology. It is composed of porcine spleen and lung-derived ECM, containing structural proteins like collagen and elastin along with various growth factors, formulated in a saline gel. ReyaGel is designed to support the body's natural regenerative healing processes by providing a biological scaffold that reduces inflammation, minimizes scarring, and enhances tissue recovery. It received 510(k) clearance in 2024 for the management of partial and full-thickness wounds and is also utilized in aesthetic applications, including post-procedural skin recovery (e.g., after CO2 laser or microneedling) and hair restoration.
