Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Rezetamig (JNJ-75348780) is a human bispecific antibody designed to target both CD3 on T cells and CD22 on B-lineage tumor cells. By binding to these two antigens, the drug brings T cells into close proximity with malignant B cells, leading to T-cell activation, cytokine induction, and subsequent cytotoxicity against the cancerous B cells. This mechanism leverages antibody-dependent cell cytotoxicity and direct stimulation of T lymphocytes. Rezetamig is being developed primarily for the treatment of B-cell malignancies such as non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). The drug was originally discovered by TeneoBio and is currently being developed by Janssen Biotech/Janssen Research & Development[1][2][3][4][7].
