Overview
**Rezole-ITR** is a marketed oral fixed-dose capsule from Ritz Pharma containing **rabeprazole 20 mg** and **itopride hydrochloride 150 mg**. Rabeprazole is a proton-pump inhibitor that suppresses gastric acid secretion through inhibition of gastric hydrogen-potassium ATPase in parietal cells. Itopride is a gastroprokinetic agent that antagonizes dopamine D2 receptors and inhibits acetylcholinesterase, increasing gastrointestinal acetylcholine activity and promoting gastric motility and emptying. The combination is marketed for peptic ulcer, acid-related disorders, and gastroparesis.
