Drug intelligence / Profile preview
RG-19 HIGH-PRO is a preclinical-stage chimeric antigen receptor natural killer (CAR-NK) cell therapy being developed by Hangzhou RonGu Biotechnology for the treatment of gastric cancer. The therapy utilizes a lentivirus-based nanobody co-expression CAR platform to engineer cord blood-derived NK cells to target CD19-expressing tumor cells. By co-expressing a nanobody-based CAR, the product is designed to enhance tumor-killing efficacy and infiltration into solid tumors, specifically targeting gastric cancer cells.
