Drug intelligence / Profile preview
RG-19 XX (also known as RG-19XX) is a preclinical-stage, CD19-directed armored chimeric antigen receptor natural killer (CAR-NK) cell therapy being developed by Hangzhou RonGu Biotechnology. Engineered using a lentiviral vector, the candidate is designed to co-express a nanobody or an armoring factor alongside the CD19-targeting CAR construct to enhance anti-tumor efficacy and overcome resistance mechanisms. It is primarily being developed for the treatment of B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (B-NHL) and acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL).
