RG-1970 is a dual-targeted chimeric antigen receptor natural killer (CAR-NK) cell therapy developed by Hangzhou RonGu Biotechnology, in collaboration with Belief BioMed and Innovent Biologics. It is designed using a lentiviral vector and a nanobody-based CAR structure to simultaneously target CD19 and CD70 on malignant cells, mediating cytotoxic killing. RG-1970 is being developed for the treatment of B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (B-NHL), with investigator-initiated trials (IIT) ongoing since the second quarter of 2023.
