Drug intelligence / Profile preview
RG-19BCMA is a preclinical-stage dual-target chimeric antigen receptor natural killer (CAR-NK) cell therapy being developed by Hangzhou RonGu Biotechnology for the treatment of multiple myeloma. The therapy utilizes a nanobody co-expression CAR platform to simultaneously target B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA) and CD19. By co-targeting both antigens, RG-19BCMA is designed to enhance the recognition and elimination of antigen-positive malignant myeloma cells, potentially overcoming antigen escape and improving therapeutic efficacy compared to single-target therapies.
