Drug intelligence / Profile preview
RG-70 is an investigational, universal chimeric antigen receptor natural killer (CAR-NK) cell therapy developed by Hangzhou RonGu Biotechnology. It is engineered using a lentiviral vector and a nanobody-based CAR construct to target CD70, a tumor-associated antigen frequently overexpressed in various hematological malignancies. By targeting CD70, RG-70 aims to selectively recognize and eliminate CD70-expressing malignant cells. The therapy is currently being evaluated in investigator-initiated trials (IIT) for the treatment of T-cell lymphoma, T-cell leukemia, acute myeloid leukemia (AML), and T-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (T-NHL).
