Drug intelligence / Profile preview
RG-70XX is a preclinical-stage, dual-targeted chimeric antigen receptor natural killer (CAR-NK) cell therapy being developed by Hangzhou RonGu Biotechnology for the treatment of gastrointestinal tumors. The therapy utilizes a lentiviral vector to engineer cord blood-derived NK cells with a nanobody-based CAR construct. It is designed to target CD70 alongside a second, undisclosed target (Target X) to enhance anti-tumor efficacy and overcome potential antigen escape in gastrointestinal malignancies.
