RG002-02

RG002-02 is an investigational mRNA-based therapeutic vaccine developed by RinuaGene Biotechnology for the treatment of Human Papillomavirus (HPV) related conditions. It is specifically designed to address HPV-associated high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions (HSIL), persistent HPV infections, and HPV-associated cancers. The vaccine functions as an immunotherapy, utilizing mRNA technology to deliver genetic instructions for HPV-specific antigens, typically the E6 and E7 oncoproteins, to the patient's cells. This process is intended to stimulate a targeted T-cell immune response to identify and eliminate HPV-infected cells and tumor cells. RG002-02 is currently in early-stage clinical development (Phase 1/2).
