Drug intelligence / Profile preview
RG002-03 is an investigational mRNA-based therapeutic vaccine developed by RinuaGene Biotechnology. It is designed to treat diseases caused by Human Papillomavirus (HPV), specifically Recurrent Respiratory Papillomatosis (RRP) and Condyloma Acuminatum (genital warts). The vaccine works by delivering mRNA encoding HPV-specific antigens into the patient's cells, which then produce these antigens to trigger a targeted immune response against HPV-infected tissues. As of early 2024, the program is in the IND-enabling phase of development.
