**RG7667** is an investigational intravenous anti-cytomegalovirus combination therapy developed by Genentech. It contains two anti-CMV immunoglobulin G1 monoclonal antibodies, MCMV5322A and MCMV3068A, designed to neutralize human cytomegalovirus by binding viral envelope glycoprotein complexes and blocking viral entry into susceptible host cells. It was evaluated through Phase 2 for prevention of cytomegalovirus infection and disease in high-risk kidney-transplant recipients.
