RGI-AB-04

RGI-AB-04 is a human monoclonal antibody developed by REGiMMUNE Corporation for the treatment of solid tumors. It specifically targets a molecule expressed on activated regulatory T cells (Tregs) within the tumor microenvironment, while sparing resting Tregs and other T cell populations. The antibody is designed to selectively deplete these immunosuppressive activated Tregs through an antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) mechanism. By eliminating these cells, RGI-AB-04 aims to enhance the anti-tumor immune response. This selective targeting approach is intended to minimize immune-related adverse events, as resting Tregs, which are essential for maintaining systemic self-tolerance, remain unaffected. The drug is currently in the IND-enabling stage of development.
