Drug intelligence / Profile preview
RGI-AB01 is a monoclonal antibody being developed by REGiMMUNE Corporation for the treatment of solid tumors. The drug is designed to suppress regulatory T cell (Treg) function by inhibiting the activity of a key mediator for immune suppression specifically expressed on Tregs in the tumor microenvironment. Unlike depletion-based strategies, RGI-AB01 utilizes a "silencing" approach, binding with high affinity to its target to modulate Treg activity and enhance anti-tumor immunity. The program is currently in the IND-enabling stage of development.
