Drug intelligence / Profile preview
RGI-Ab02 is a novel monoclonal antibody being developed by REGiMMUNE Corporation as a checkpoint inhibitor for the treatment of solid tumors. It functions by binding to an inhibitory receptor expressed on CD8+ effector T cells and natural killer (NK) cells, thereby modulating immune checkpoint pathways to enhance anti-tumor activity. Currently in preclinical development, RGI-Ab02 is intended for use as a monotherapy or in combination with anti-PD-1 therapies and other internal antibody products.
