RGL-270 (also known as HRXG-K-1939) is a personalized cancer vaccine (PCV) developed by Shanghai Regenelead Therapies in collaboration with Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceuticals. It consists of lipid nanoparticle (LNP)-encapsulated mRNA that encodes patient-specific tumor neoantigens identified through a proprietary screening algorithm. The vaccine is designed to induce a robust, tumor-specific immune response by activating T cells against somatic mutations unique to the patient's tumor. RGL-270 is primarily being investigated as an adjuvant therapy in combination with immune checkpoint inhibitors, such as the anti-PD-L1 antibody adebrelimab, for the treatment of resectable pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) and non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), as well as in advanced solid tumors.
