Drug intelligence / Profile preview
RGV-004 is a genetically-engineered oncolytic vaccinia virus that expresses a CD19/CD3 bispecific antibody. It is administered intratumorally and is designed to target and replicate within cancer cells while simultaneously engaging the immune system against B-cell lymphomas. The virus selectively infects and lyses tumor cells, while the expressed bispecific antibody bridges CD19-expressing B-cell lymphoma cells with CD3-expressing T cells, potentially enhancing anti-tumor immune responses.
