RH130 is an mRNA-encoded in vivo T-cell engager (TCE) being developed by Rhegen for the treatment of solid tumors. The therapeutic candidate utilizes a lipid nanoparticle (LNP) delivery system to transport mRNA that encodes a bispecific T-cell engager. Upon administration, the mRNA is translated in vivo to produce the TCE protein, which is designed to simultaneously bind to a tumor-associated antigen and the CD3 receptor on T cells, thereby redirecting and activating the immune system to eliminate tumor cells. As of 2024, the specific tumor antigen target remains undisclosed, and the program is in the IND-enabling preclinical development phase.
