Overview

RH324 is an investigational botanical drug developed by ReHeva Biosciences for the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). It is a complex, full-spectrum botanical formulation that retains all natural constituents of the source plant, including proteins, amino acids, fatty acids, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, and phytochemicals. The precise plant origin has not been fully disclosed. Unlike single-compound drugs or purified extracts, RH324 leverages the multifaceted and broad-spectrum effects of its natural components to target multiple pathways involved in cancer progression. Its mechanism is believed to involve modulation of several biological processes relevant to tumor growth and survival; however, specific molecular targets have not been publicly detailed. The drug completed a Phase 1 safety and tolerability trial in patients with advanced NSCLC who had failed prior standard treatments[1][2][3][5][6][8].
