Drug intelligence / Profile preview
rHAO Trivalent Influenza Vaccine is a seasonal influenza vaccine that contains three viral components to protect against influenza viruses. Trivalent influenza vaccines include two influenza A viruses (H1N1 and H3N2) and one influenza B virus (B/Victoria lineage). This vaccine is part of the transition from quadrivalent (four-component) to trivalent (three-component) influenza vaccines that began with the 2024-2025 flu season, following the FDA's recommendation to remove the B/Yamagata lineage component as it has not been detected in global surveillance since March 2020.
