Overview
Rhealba Oat plantlets extract is a proprietary botanical extract derived from the young shoots (plantlets) of a specific variety of *Avena sativa* (oat), developed by Pierre Fabre (A-Derma). Unlike mature oat grains, the plantlets are harvested at a specific stage of growth to maximize the concentration of active molecules, such as flavonoids and saponins, while being free of detectable proteins to minimize allergic risk. It is primarily used in dermo-cosmetic formulations for its anti-inflammatory, soothing, and skin-repairing properties. It is often formulated into sprays or creams to treat cutaneous pain, irritation, and to promote wound healing following dermatological procedures or minor injuries.
