Rhinoial

Rhinoial is a Class IIa medical device nasal spray developed by Ricerfarma for the treatment and repair of the nasal mucosa. Its primary active ingredient is high-molecular-weight sodium hyaluronate, which works by forming a mucoadhesive, hydrating film over the nasal lining. This protective barrier is further enhanced by glycerophosphocholine and aloe leaf juice polysaccharides to provide long-lasting hydration and support tissue repair. It is indicated for symptoms associated with rhinitis, allergic rhinitis, and acute or chronic sinusitis, including nasal dryness, irritation, and blockage. Unlike pharmacological decongestants, Rhinoial is non-pharmacological and suitable for prolonged use without rebound effects.
