Drug intelligence / Profile preview
RhizomK is a proprietary botanical extract derived from the rhizomes of *Curculigo orchioides* (commonly known as black musli), standardized to contain 30% curculigosides. Developed by Chemical Resources (Cheresco), it is positioned as a natural testosterone booster and anabolic support supplement. The extract's primary active constituents, curculigosides, are phenolic phytonutrients hypothesized to optimize male anabolic hormone levels and enhance the physiological response to resistance training. It is currently being evaluated in clinical trials, such as those conducted at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Bhubaneswar, to assess its efficacy in increasing free testosterone, improving exercise performance, and enhancing the overall quality of life in healthy, physically active males.
