Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Rho-PSP5 is a small molecule therapeutic candidate being developed by Revere Pharmaceuticals for the treatment of cancer metastases. It specifically targets the Rho family of small GTPases, which are key regulators of the actin cytoskeleton and are involved in cell migration, adhesion, and invasion—processes essential for the metastatic spread of tumors. By modulating Rho signaling, Rho-PSP5 is designed to inhibit the movement and colonization of cancer cells. The program is currently in the discovery stage of development.
