rhPSMA-7 is a **radiohybrid prostate-specific membrane antigen targeted radiopharmaceutical imaging agent** developed by Blue Earth Diagnostics for PET imaging in prostate cancer. It comprises a PSMA-binding ligand platform that can be labeled with fluorine-18 for diagnostic PET imaging, and the fluorinated form 18F-rhPSMA-7 has been studied as a mixture of four stereoisomers. The ligand binds **prostate-specific membrane antigen** on prostate cancer cells and is internalized, enabling visualization of PSMA-positive lesions; among the individual diastereoisomers, rhPSMA-7.3 showed favorable pharmacokinetics and low kidney uptake and was advanced separately as 18F-rhPSMA-7.3, later marketed as Posluma. rhPSMA-7 itself is therefore best understood as the parent radiohybrid PSMA ligand platform and precursor imaging construct rather than the specific approved single-isomer product.
