RHTX-001 is a targeted alpha therapy (TAT) being developed by Ratio Therapeutics for the treatment of solid tumors. The candidate utilizes a bicyclic peptide as a targeting moiety, conjugated to the alpha-emitting radioisotope actinium-225 (Ac-225). This design leverages Ratio's proprietary technology to achieve high tumor uptake and rapid systemic clearance, aiming to deliver potent radiation directly to cancer cells while minimizing off-target toxicity. RHTX-001 is currently in preclinical development, with a focus on optimizing its pharmacokinetic profile for clinical advancement.
