RIBOXXON

RIBOXXON is a targeted cancer immunotherapy developed by Riboxx Pharmaceuticals. It is a bioconjugate consisting of a monoclonal antibody (mAb) linked to the proprietary RGIC®50 ligand, which acts as a dual agonist for Toll-like receptor 3 (TLR3) and RIG-I-like receptors (RLR). By utilizing the antibody for tumor-specific targeting, RIBOXXON delivers the immune-activating RNA ligand directly to the tumor microenvironment. This targeted activation is intended to stimulate dendritic cells and monocytes, polarize the immune response toward a Th1 phenotype, and enhance the activity of CD8+ cytotoxic T cells against cancer cells. The drug has completed preclinical development, including GMP manufacturing, and is positioned for clinical evaluation.
