RIDE-003

RIDE-003 is an early-stage preclinical drug candidate developed by Trained Therapeutix Discovery (TTX) for the prevention and treatment of organ transplant rejection. It is part of the company's RIDE (Restoring Immune Dynamics and Equilibrium) platform, which focuses on the modulation of 'trained immunity'—the epigenetic and metabolic reprogramming of innate immune cells, particularly myeloid cells like monocytes and macrophages. RIDE-003 is designed as a nanobiologic that targets these cells to regulate their inflammatory response and promote immune tolerance. By reprogramming the innate immune system's memory, the therapy aims to prevent graft rejection while potentially avoiding the systemic toxicity and broad immunosuppression associated with conventional transplant medications.
