This drug combination consists of **rifasutenizol**, **rabeprazole**, and **amoxicillin** and is under evaluation as a triple therapy regimen for the treatment of *Helicobacter pylori* (H. pylori) infection. Rifasutenizol is a novel, multi-targeting antimicrobial agent with synergistic activity against anaerobic and microaerophilic bacteria. Rabeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor that decreases gastric acid secretion, providing an environment favorable for eradication of H. pylori and enhancing the stability of antibiotics in the stomach.
