This drug combination consists of **rifasutenizol**, **rabeprazole**, and **amoxicillin** and is under evaluation as a triple therapy regimen for the treatment of *Helicobacter pylori* (H. pylori) infection. Rifasutenizol is a novel, multi-targeting antimicrobial agent with synergistic activity against anaerobic and microaerophilic bacteria. Rabeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor that decreases gastric acid secretion, providing an environment favorable for eradication of H. pylori and enhancing the stability of antibiotics in the stomach. Amoxicillin is a broad-spectrum penicillin-class beta-lactam antibiotic that inhibits cell wall synthesis in bacteria. The triple therapy is developed to address increasing resistance to traditional H. pylori antibiotics and has shown >90% eradication rates in phase III trials, with superior safety and tolerability compared to bismuth-containing quadruple therapy. The combination does not require drug sensitivity testing and is positioned for primary, first-line treatment of H. pylori infection[1][2][3][4][5].
