Overview

Rilvegostomig is a bispecific monoclonal antibody designed to target and inhibit both programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) and T cell immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains (TIGIT). By simultaneously blocking these two immune checkpoint pathways, rilvegostomig aims to enhance T-cell mediated anti-tumor responses. It is being developed primarily as an immunotherapy for various cancers. Rilvegostomig is currently in Phase III clinical trials for several indications including non-small cell lung cancer, biliary tract cancer, endometrial cancer, liver cancer, and adenocarcinoma. The drug is administered intravenously[2][3][4][5][6].
