Overview

**RIN-1** (also known as RBPJ Inhibitor-1) is a small molecule inhibitor that targets the transcription factor **RBPJ**, a key component of the canonical **NOTCH signaling pathway**. By disrupting the interaction between NOTCH and RBPJ, RIN-1 prevents the activation of NOTCH-dependent transcription. The compound has been used as a research tool to probe the functional consequences of NOTCH pathway blockade and is not an approved therapeutic. The mechanism of action is selective for the NOTCH-RBPJ transcriptional complex.
