RIN-150 is an oral fixed-dose antitubercular tablet developed by Pfizer that contains **rifampicin 150 mg** and **isoniazid 75 mg**. Rifampicin inhibits bacterial DNA-dependent RNA polymerase, suppressing RNA synthesis, while isoniazid inhibits mycolic-acid synthesis required for the *Mycobacterium tuberculosis* cell wall. A randomized crossover study in healthy adults evaluated the bioequivalence of RIN-150 against equivalent separate rifampicin and isoniazid reference products.
