**Rinatabart sesutecan + carboplatin** is a combination therapy under investigation primarily for the treatment of advanced ovarian and endometrial cancers. Rinatabart sesutecan (Rina-S, PRO1184, GEN1184) is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting folate receptor alpha (FRα), conjugated to a topoisomerase I inhibitor payload. The ADC is designed to bind FRα-expressing cancer cells, deliver the cytotoxic payload, and induce cancer cell death. Carboplatin is a platinum-based chemotherapeutic agent that causes DNA crosslinking and subsequent apoptosis in rapidly dividing cells. This combination aims to achieve additive or synergistic anti-tumor activity, and is currently studied in platinum-sensitive and resistant gynecologic cancers.
