It contains a blend of homeopathic active ingredients, including *Arnica montana*, *Hepar sulphuris calcareum*, *Hypericum perforatum*, *Lycopodium clavatum*, *Mercurius solubilis*, *Salicylicum acidum*, *Silicea*, and *Thiosinaminum*, prepared according to the Homeopathic Pharmacopoeia of the United States (HPUS). As a homeopathic remedy, it does not have a conventional pharmaceutical mechanism of action or a specific biological target and has not been evaluated by the FDA for safety or efficacy.
