Drug intelligence / Profile preview
This is a combination of five atypical antipsychotic medications. Each component has different receptor binding profiles and mechanisms of action, which may produce synergistic effects when used in combination. These medications are primarily used to treat schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, and bipolar disorder. While individual components have established efficacy, the use of all five medications simultaneously is not a standard clinical practice and would be considered polypharmacy.
