Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Risvutatug rezetecan + ivonescimab is an investigational combination of two biologics: risvutatug rezetecan (formerly HS-20093, GSK5764227), a B7-H3-targeted antibody-drug conjugate (ADC), and ivonescimab (formerly AK112, SMT112), a bispecific antibody targeting programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). Risvutatug rezetecan consists of a fully human anti-B7-H3 monoclonal antibody conjugated to a topoisomerase I inhibitor payload. Ivonescimab is a humanized tetravalent bispecific antibody that simultaneously blocks PD-1 and VEGF-A. The combination is being evaluated in the Phase 1/2 EMBOLD PanTumour-103 study (NCT07602855) for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, including small cell lung cancer (SCLC) and non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). GSK is conducting the clinical trial in collaboration with Summit Therapeutics.
