Overview
This is an investigational chemo-immunotherapy regimen being evaluated by Fudan University for the treatment of chemotherapy-naive diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) patients at high risk of central nervous system (CNS) relapse. The regimen is a modification of the standard R-CHOP protocol, substituting conventional doxorubicin with pegylated liposomal doxorubicin (CDOP) to potentially reduce cardiotoxicity while maintaining efficacy. It is combined with intrathecal methotrexate (MTX) for CNS prophylaxis. The combination includes rituximab (a CD20-targeting monoclonal antibody), cyclophosphamide (an alkylating agent), liposomal doxorubicin (a topoisomerase II inhibitor), vincristine (a microtubule inhibitor), and prednisone (a glucocorticoid).
