A combination chemotherapy regimen consisting of rituximab, gemcitabine, oxaliplatin, and dexamethasone used primarily for the treatment of relapsed or refractory non-Hodgkin lymphoma, particularly diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL). This regimen has shown efficacy in patients who are not candidates for high-dose therapy and autologous stem cell transplantation.
