Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Rituximab + MG4101 is a combination therapy that pairs rituximab (an anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody) with MG4101, an ex vivo-expanded allogeneic natural killer (NK) cell therapy. This combination is designed to enhance rituximab's antibody-dependent cytotoxicity in relapsed/refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. The treatment regimen typically includes lymphodepletion with fludarabine and cyclophosphamide before rituximab administration, followed by MG4101 infusion and subcutaneous IL-2 administration. Clinical studies have shown a favorable safety profile with mostly grade 1-2 adverse events and promising efficacy with an overall response rate of 55.6% in relapsed/refractory NHL patients.
