RM 03

RM 03 is a non–new molecular entity gastrointestinal drug product being developed as a ready-to-use formulation by Azurity Pharmaceuticals, in collaboration with Dr. Reddys Laboratories, to address unmet needs in gastrointestinal indications such as improved dosing convenience and accuracy. Although the specific active pharmaceutical ingredient and molecular target have not been publicly disclosed, RM 03 is not a novel chemical entity and likely represents a reformulated or repurposed existing GI therapy, with development focused on regulatory approval and commercialization rather than first-in-class mechanism innovation.
