**rMenB recombinant meningococcal B vaccine** is an investigational Novartis protein-subunit vaccine designed to prevent invasive disease caused by *Neisseria meningitidis* serogroup B. It contains 50 µg each of three recombinant fusion-protein antigens—NHBA-GNA1030, NadA, and GNA2091-fHbp—intended to elicit complement-mediated serum bactericidal antibodies against meningococcal surface antigens. The standalone rMenB formulation is distinct from rMenB+OMV NZ, which additionally includes outer-membrane vesicles from the NZ98/254 strain and became the four-component 4CMenB product marketed as Bexsero. rMenB was evaluated in Phase 2 infant studies, including schedules at 2, 4, 6, and/or 12 months of age.
