Drug intelligence / Profile preview
RMG-G6 is a reformulated small molecule therapeutic candidate being developed by RxOmeg Therapeutics for the treatment of Sjögren's Disease. The program is part of RxOmeg's strategy to create innovative new formulations of well-characterized molecules to address high unmet needs in rheumatologic and cardiac inflammatory diseases. RMG-G6 is currently in the preclinical stage of development. Notably, the drug is being developed alongside a companion diagnostic, which may help in identifying specific patient subpopulations most likely to respond to the therapy.
